Welcome to Hale and Kale! We are a sister run health and wellness blog, cooking and eating our way to better health.
A few years ago, we were diagnosed with Celiac and Gluten-Intolerance, meaning we could no longer eat wheat and other grains. We did not let this challenge hold us back; as foodies we embraced the opportunity and embarked on a journey to create recipes that are not only healthy, but delicious! Our recipes are nutrient-dense, diverse, and mostly paleo (but we do post the occasional vegan, raw, or keto recipe).
We created this website to share our recipes and ideas with the hope that you too come to love healthy cooking and eating just as much as us!
