- 1 cauliflower steamed
- 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil or flavored/infused oil
- 2 tablespoons
- 4-8 tablespoons minced chives
- sea salt and black pepper to taste
1) Chop steamed cauliflower into bite size pieces and add to a bowl.
2) Mix in the oil, apple cider vinegar and minced chives.
3) Add salt and black pepper to taste and serve.
