Salad Dressing with a Carrot Twist

 

This dressing is best when topped over chopped romaine lettuce, and sliced jicama and cucumber.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 3 tablespoon minced garlic
  • 3 cups baby organic carrots
  • 1/8 cup water

Procedure:

1) Blend everything together to a puree and pour over salad.

2) Serve.
