- 2 cups extra virgin olive oil
- 3 rosemary stems with leaves
- 1 tsp- 1 tbl red pepper flakes
- 2 garlic cloves
1) Heat a pot and add 2 cups extra virgin olive oil.
2) Add in the rosemary, red pepper flakes and garlic cloves and simmer for at least 10 minutes.
3) Let the pot and oil cool for about an hour.
4) Sift out the rosemary, red pepper flakes and garlic and pour the infused oil into a bottle.
