- 1 1/2 cups shredded coconut
- lime juice from 1 lime
- 4 tablespoons coconut butter
- 4 tablespoons raw honey
- cacao nibs (optional)
- 1/2-1 tsp lime or lemon zest
- In a mixing bowl, mix together all the ingredients.
- Form the dough into balls and place on a plate.
- Put the balls in the fridge or freezer to firm and store.
